1.2 Our services include football camps ("Camps") conducted in Gladsaxe, Denmark, for minors aged 7 to 16 years. illarreal CF and Villarreal Academy.
1.3 Camps are offered in two formats: a 5-day camp and a 3-day camp.illarreal CF and Villarreal Academy.
1.4 These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the Website and participants of the Camps.

After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 All bookings must be made through the Website.
2.2 Payment must be completed at the time of booking using the methods provided on the Website.
2.3 Confirmation of your booking will be sent to your registered email upon successful payment.
2.4 Prices are inclusive of VAT and any applicable taxes.
3. Eligibility and Participant Requirements
3.1 Camps are open to minors aged 7 to 16 years.
3.2 Participants must comply with any health and safety requirements specified prior to the Camp start date.
3.3 Parents or legal guardians are required to complete a consent form during the registration process.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select "Remember Me", your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Cancellations made at least 30 days before the Camp start date will receive a full refund.
4.2 Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the Camp start date will receive a 50% refund.
4.3 Cancellations made less than 15 days before the Camp start date are non-refundable.
4.4 In the event of cancellation by us (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances), a full refund will be issued.

5. Liability
5.1 Villarreal Copenhagen will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the Camps unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
5.2 Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that participants are in adequate health to participate in the Camps.

6.1 Participants must adhere to the rules and guidelines provided during the Camps.
6.2 Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in removal from the Camp without a refund.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
7. Data Protection and Privacy
