Cancellation and Refund Policy for Training Programs
- Trial Period: If your child is enrolled in a trial session, payment for the session is non-refundable unless the session is canceled by Villarreal Copenhagen. - Seasonal Programs: Refunds for seasonal training programs are available under the following conditions: - Cancellation before the season starts: Full refund. - Cancellation after the season starts: Pro-rata refunds are available for unused sessions, provided the request is submitted within the first 14 days of the season. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@villarrealcopenhagen.com and must include the parent’s name, the child’s name, and payment receipt.
Refund Policy for Camps and Special Events
- A full refund is available if cancellation is made at least 14 days before the start of the camp or event. - No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 14 days of the event unless exceptional circumstances apply (e.g., medical reasons, documented emergencies).
Merchandise Returns
If you purchase merchandise from Villarreal Copenhagen (e.g., uniforms, training gear):
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Legal Rights Under Danish Law
In accordance with Danish consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from agreements entered online within 14 days (the “withdrawal period”). This right does not apply to services that have already been fully delivered.
Non-Refundable Fees
- Registration fees for new members are non-refundable.
- Administrative fees related to payment plans or changes to bookings are non-refundable.
